KANDO Gear warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and maintenance for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase. This does include the ceramic ignitor, fan, cabinet probe, auger motor and any loss of structural integrity of the unit, that inhibits intended use of machine. KANDO Gear will provide a replacement part for the listed warranted parts found to be defective. Original part(s) approved for return by KANDO Gear must be returned prepaid.
This warranty does not include labor charges connected with the determination or replacement of defective parts, and/or freight charges to ship these parts.
Due to the various amounts of potentially compromised conditions, the 3 year warranty does not cover rust or oxidation of the metal. Things such as, high heat, excessive humidity, chemicals/pesticides and excessive amounts of salt can cause the material to alter from its original purchased state. Please refer to our care and maintenance packet for ways to prolong your grills lifespan.
KANDO Gear warrants its FireBoard controller products against defects in material under normal use and maintenance for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. This warranty excludes probes or any other FireBoard product. Probes are warranted for 6 months after purchase. If you are experiencing a FireBoard controller issue please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org.
KANDO Gear does not honor the warranty if product(s) was not bought directly from KANDO Gear or an Authorized KANDO Gear dealer. Authorized dealers can be found on our website 'Find a Dealer' page. Please note these product(s) must be unused to be eligible for warranty.
KANDO Gear shall not be liable under this or any implied warranty for incidental or consequential damages. This warranty gives the retail customer specific legal rights and the customer may have other rights which vary from state to state.
This warranty shall be void if the unit is not assembled or operated in accordance with the operation instructions provided with this unit; the unit is resold or traded to another owner; components, accessories, or fuels not compatible with the unit have been used; the unit has been used in commercial or food service application; or the user has abused or otherwise failed to maintain the unit.
To process a warranty claim, KANDO Gear may require proof of your date of purchase. You should retain your sales slip or invoice, sent to email@example.com
If a customer has purchased a KANDO product from a distributor and cannot show proof of purchase to file a warranty claim, our team will assume date of purchase being when KANDO sold the product to the distributor.
